The Aeon CLR 3 is an EDGE-FREE ceiling and ambient light rejecting (ALR/CLR) projection screen that specializes in negating the washout effect caused by overhead and other off-axis light sources. This technology allows the CLR 3 material to display true image brightness, color saturation, and contrast for superior picture performance.

An ultra-thin bezel enhances the aesthetics by providing a giant flat panel TV appearance at a fraction of the cost. The wraparound design maximizes the viewing area and reduces the overall footprint. The Aeon CLR 3 is available in diagonal sizes of 103", 115", and 123" in a 16:9 aspect ratio (Overall assembled screen size is subject to data ±1" tolerance). It utilizes the CLR 3 (Ceiling Light Rejecting) material, which has a serriform optical surface lens microstructure that negates the washout effect of ambient light, especially from overhead sources. This enables the material to provide contrast levels that are 75 times greater than that of standard matte white projection screens.

The CLR 3 offers a wide 170° viewing angle (85° L/R), allowing viewers to spread out while maintaining brightness uniformity. The black backing eliminates light penetration, and the material is designed specifically for ultra-short-throw projectors to provide a large-screen performance in close quarters.

The Aeon CLR 3 features a sleek EDGE-FREE fixed frame design that resembles a flat panel TV. The lightweight aluminum split-frame design is easy to assemble and install in minutes, and the material stretches over the frame for a permanently tight-tensioned flat surface.
